An outdoor public pool is a designated structure. The occupancy of an outdoor public pools depends on the major occupancy of the building it serves. In the case where the outdoor public pool is a stand-alone structure with ancillary change facilities, the major occupancy of the pool would be Group A, Division 4 where it is used for social, education, recreational or similar purposes.
