3.7.5.1. Termination of an Appointment Made under Subsection 4.1(2) of the Act

A principal authority may, in accordance with the terms of an agreement under subsection 4.1(1) of the Act, terminate the appointment of a registered code agency before the appointment expires under section 15.19 of the Act.
