(1)
A covered vehicular passageway designed as a receiving or shipping area shall be separated from every building or part of a building adjoining it by a fire separation having a fire-resistance rating not less than 1.5 h.
(2)
A covered vehicular passageway constructed below grade shall be of noncombustible construction.
